manages the areas of FMP service development and internal administration. She is a social economist, founder of a sustainability market in Hamburg and worked as a high school teacher until 2020.

leads the FMP analysis and service provision work. He studied communication design and was a consultant to environmental organizations on communication strategy, he writes screenplays on the side.
Head of People and Culture
is the FMP Scrum Master, and an HPI Design Thinking School alumna passionate about better development processes. She studied Economics and China Studies (MA), focusing on poverty alleviation and social movements in China.
Speaker for effective engagement
develops the FMP offers and supervises participating movements and organizations. She studied international politics as well as human/social ecology, accompanied indigenous resistance against Siberian brown coal mining and designs theater plays for more climate awareness.

coordinates the FMP research network and develops FMP offerings and mentors participating movements and organizations. Previously, Carl studied environmental science and ecological economics.
Operations Management
manages administration, human resources, and impact tracking. Ronja previously worked as a Data Analyst and most recently as Operations Assistant at Longview Philanthropy. She studied opera singing, mathematics, and data science.
Research Fellow
manages FMP's policy prioritization research to determine the most effective policies and actors. She studied global change management, has done research on the circular economy and worked at the Wuppertal Institute.

Works on policy prioritization research. He has a background in social psychology and is interested in social change. He spends his free time hiking and sailing.
